Chhatrapur (ଛତ୍ରପୁର) (also spelt as Chatrapur) is a town and a NAC (Notified Area Council) in Ganjam in the state of Odisha, India. It is the Headquarter of Ganjam District. It is one of the biggest town in Ganjam, after Berhmapur, Bhanjanagar, and Aska.
Chhatrapur is a serene locations with other beautiful places nearby; such as Gopalpur on Sea, Arjipalli Beach, Potagarh, Taratarini, Berhampur Silk City etc. All the head offices of Ganjam district are situated at Chhatrapur; such as Collectorate, Superintendent of Police, District Magistrate's Office, Tehsil Office, District Road and Transport Office, District Sports Office and Many more.

Festivals Celebrated in Chhatrapur
Chhatrapur is a town of festive; where the whole year was celebrated with various festivals. The most famous festival at Chhatrapur is Thakurani Jatra; which being celebrated once in a two year in the month of May-June. On the eve of Thakurani Jatra the Village Goddess Maa Ramayanamma is being worshiped for a long 21 days, when She comes to her maternal house and tour the village streets to bless Her devotees.
The other famous festivals of Chhatrapur are Holi or Dola Purnima, Ganesh Puja, Durga Puja, Rathyatra, Shiva, Diwali and Danda Yatra of Maa Kaali.
